Rent is due on the first of the month and is considered late after the 11:59pm on the third day.. Tenants can mail rent payments or sign up for auto rent withdrawal from a bank account or pay directly through our website at tenant portal. If rent payments are not received in a timely manner, Best Property Management will contact the tenants for rent collection. Best Property Management will notify owners of rent payment status and send appropriate notices to tenants. Most of our tenants pay the rent on-time due to the excellent tenant screening process Best Property Management follows. Best Property Management deposits rents on a daily basis through our automated check deposit system. Rent is disbursed to owners or investors by the 10th of every month. Owners have two options to receive rent payments: direct deposit (ACH) to your bank account, or a paper check.
All the deposits are kept in a separate separate account.
We do the bookkeeping chores for you and we keep complete, accurate records of every income and expense that affects your property.
We collect rent from the tenant so that you don't have to exert yourself physically and mentally.
Monthly and Yeary Reports
Each month, we will send you a monthly financial statement containing the amount of money that was collected, and payments, if any, that were made. We will send you a year-end statement for your tax purposes.
